Handling complaints at Hoens & Souren Keereweer Advocaten

  1. Complaints about lawyers or other persons associated with our office can be addressed to the complaints officer. This can be done verbally as well as in writing, including e-mail.
  2. The complaints officer will investigate the complaint and, if possible, will try to find a solution to the complaint.
  3. In the event that a solution can not be found, the complainant and the office may make arrangements to submit the complaint to - for example - a disputes committee or to the sub-district court. This does not alter the fact that the complainant may address himself to a court of law or to disciplinary law agencies.
  4. The first complaints officer is Mr J. Keereweer. The second complaints officer is Mr F.Th.P. van Voorst.
