Handling complaints at Hoens & Souren Keereweer Advocaten
- Complaints about lawyers or other persons associated with our office can be addressed to the complaints officer. This can be done verbally as well as in writing, including e-mail.
- The complaints officer will investigate the complaint and, if possible, will try to find a solution to the complaint.
- In the event that a solution can not be found, the complainant and the office may make arrangements to submit the complaint to - for example - a disputes committee or to the sub-district court. This does not alter the fact that the complainant may address himself to a court of law or to disciplinary law agencies.
- The first complaints officer is Mr J. Keereweer. The second complaints officer is Mr F.Th.P. van Voorst.
